Your duties will include:
Responding to all guest requests, external and internal.
Responding to tourism web-sites requests.
Provides guests with information about hotel services
Handling booking requests in accordance with standards
What profile are we looking for?
Language - English advanced (as a plus)
Knowledge of Opera PMS ( as a plus)
Guest-oriented and service minded
Well organised
Team player!
Attention to detail, fast and proactive work style.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
