Atm we're searching for a sales manager to grow our sales team.
Responsibilities:
Selling PR, marketing and biz dev services for Web3/crypto startups
Working both with cold and hot leads
Communicating with leads in messengers, conducting video calls in English
Cold outreach to targeted audiences in social media, messengers
Maintaining customer data in CRM
Communicating with other departments and product owners to provide the best solution for the leads to convert them into clients
Requirements:
Fluent English is a must (C1-C2)
Experience in work in B2B (preferred)
Experience in work in marketing agency (preferred)
Quick learner with problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in multitasking mode
What we offer:
Fully remote job
Competitive fixed salary of 90,000 RUB twice a month, plus a percentage from sales (could be additional 30,000 to 210,000 RUB on average, depending on your sales skills, how long you work and grow your customers base)
Working hours from 10:00 to 19:00 (Moscow time), 5/2 schedule
