Description:

We are growing at our R&D center and we are looking for a strong Support Engineer to join our team:

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Installing and updating our application (on the cloud and customer environments)
  • Researching logs, finding reasons for the inoperability of the application
  • Communication with customers
  • Creating tickets for developers with a detailed problem description (logs, screenshots, videos etc.)
  • Working with Tomcat, Apache, Jetty, Nginx, Zookeeper if necessary

Requirements:

  • Knowledge in Linux administration and scripting
  • Knowledge in Windows administration
  • Knowledge in Tomcat, Apache, Jetty, Nginx
  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure or other Cloud Providers
  • Experience working with Virtualization systems (VMWare or other)
  • Good English level
  • Open for work at unusual hours when required
