We are looking for a colleague who can support HR function with all aspects of our employees lifecycle.

It is important for us to find someone with excellent administrative skills who is able and enjoys working with people, as well as someone who can help to keep our office in Da Nang running.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in recruiting and is eager to expand their expertise across all HR functions. Alternatively, we are also interested in candidates who have experience working in HR positions or administrative roles and are looking to develop into an HR generalist role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, initial selection, interviewing candidates for open vacancies, and offering consulting to hiring managers.
  • Propose best practices and sources to attract talents to our growing team in Vietnam.
  • Provide support to newcomers during the relocation and adaptation period.
  • Oversee the onboarding and exit processes for all new hires and leavers.
  • Work with managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
  • Conducting 121 interviews and providing updates to management.
  • Organizing corporate events for different teams and the whole office.
  • Maintain and update internal knowledge bases and systems.
  • Provide administrative support to the director of the office in Vietnam.
  • Managing travel support for employees, including coordinating with the travel team to purchase tickets, book hotels, assist with visa support, and stay updated on current requirements.
Our expectations
  • Experience in the recruitment agency will be an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Written and spoken English at the advanced level or above.
  • Ability to analyze information, make conclusions, identify risks, and offer solutions.
