Jira administrator

We are looking for a Jira Administrator with 4+ years of experiance

Responsibilities:

• Create and support custom dashboards, boards, and JQL filters in Jira
• Design and support Jira schemes
• Deliver end-user training and establish best practices using, and manage installations, upgrades, maintenance in Atlassian tools
• Perform system monitoring tasks on Atlassian applications
• Manage Identity and Access Management functions
• Implement security controls to safeguard environments
• Create standard templates for workflows, fields, permission schemes, etc.
• Integrate third-party tools with Bitbucket, Jira, and Confluence.
• Collaborate with teams to improve development operations.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of Atlassian product management experience
• 2+ years of Atlassian developer experience
• Strong understanding of Jira customization and user management
• Basic SQL and JQL query experience
• Experience with knowledge management systems, process improvement methodologies and Instance & Site Migrations/Unification
• Working knowledge of Cloud-based technologies and experience with IT Service Management practices.
• Familiarity with Agile and project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in managing labels and tagging.
