About Us:
Join our dynamic Product Marketing team and dive into the heart of marketing analytics and strategy. We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to contribute to our data-driven approach to understanding customer behavior, optimizing marketing campaigns, and informing strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Research and Analysis: Dive deep into the performance of marketing activities, analyzing factors influencing Net Sales trends and evaluating marketing channel Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS). Conduct ad-hoc research on website Conversion Rates (CRs) and other critical Customer Journey Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as well as user base retention and product feature usage. Present your analysis findings to stakeholders across various teams.
  2. Qualitative Data Analysis: Delve into customer reviews, feedback, and comments to extract valuable insights about our products. Evaluate competitor pricing, positioning, and creatives to enrich quantitative data with real-world customer perspectives.
  3. Content Creation: Occasionally, contribute to copywriting and editing tasks in both Russian and English to support marketing initiatives.
  4. Project Administration: Provide administrative support for ongoing projects within the Product Marketing department, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of tasks.
Requirements:
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH, SUM/COUNTIFS, and familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytical systems.
  • Data Visualization: Ability to create compelling visualizations using charts, PowerPoint, and mind maps to communicate complex data effectively.
  • Understanding of Marketing Concepts: Familiarity with Customer Journey Mapping (CJM), KPIs, retention metrics, conversion rates, and the marketing funnel.
  • Attention to Detail: Patience and attentiveness in working with data, ensuring accuracy and reliability in analysis.
  • Initiative and Communication: Proactive approach to pushing the analytical process forward, asking insightful questions, and effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
