BestDoctor is a leading Insuretech company with established investors on board.
We need a strong partner to establish an Investor Relations and Corporate Development function at the level of Investment Banking or Private Equity.
Initial focus will be on execution: improving materials and communication quality, and managing existing deals. The person will also drive execution of M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) or other value-driven deals.
Tasks:
IR
Board materials: storyline, data assembly and validation, visuals
Investor updates: business and financial data assembly and preparation
Financial updates: in partnership with Financial function
Founder's meetings: storylining, materials
Manage Board's agenda, timings and keep close contact with shareholders
Business Modelling
Build a simplified Valuation model (based on existing detailed operational models)
Scenarion analysis on shareholder request / for M&A and capital attraction
M&A & Capital raising
CapTable modelling
Job requirements:
We are looking for candidates with proven execution skills (3-5 years in Investment Banking, Private Equity, B3, Investor Relations, or Corporate Development in tech companies);
Candidates should also possess the ability to handle strategic tasks, including identifying potential deal targets and capital sources.
