NovaKid is a rapidly growing online English school dedicated to providing top-tier education for children aged 4-12 worldwide. With a mission to create the best online education platform for young learners, NovaKid currently serves over 80,000 students across more than 40 countries, all supported by a team of 2,500 dedicated teachers.

Position Overview: we are looking for a marketing manager, who will run permanent a/b tests on landing pages aimed to boost Visitor2Lead conversion. The end goal of your job will be converting landing pages. The core metric you will report on is Visitor2Lead. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing.

Job responsibilities:

  • Reach quarterly plans for Visitor2Lead via a/b tests
  • Plan and prioritize a roadmap for landing page experiments alongside the Product team and Design team (create website structure, customer journey, basic content copy and design, etc.
  • Collect hypothesis based on data and plan experiments in close coordination with Product team and Design team.
  • Conduct regular analysis of Landing page performance, flag issues with corresponding departments and reach a team-wide action plan if Visitr2Lead is falling.
  • Build CJM on the landing page and optimize user journey through experiments alongside the Analytics team.
  • Work with content development team: create marketing texts for experiments and technical tasks for copywriters, proofread and approve final content for experiments.
  • Prepare detailed briefs for design and localization teams, proof check final drafts with regional leads (we have landing pages in 13 languages)
  • Communicate to regional leads about experiments and its localization to different regions, get approval from team leads
  • Run QA for landings, creatives, experiments
  • Create reports where you explain hypotheses and reasoning for such experiments
  • Make interpretations and derive lessons from positive and negative experiments
  • You will have a freelancer to help with operational work, but the final result - Visitor2Lead will be owned by you.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years working in Marketing domain
  • Successful track of positive landing page experiments
  • Strategic thinking
  • C1 English level
  • Great team player, gets the job by team done
  • Able to conduct analysis of landing pages (Google Analytics, heat maps, etc)
  • Thorough understanding of web and UI/UX design, can tell bad design from a good one
  • Persistent in executing deadlines, pursue resources and solutions when Plan A failed
