Пользователь ПК Грамотная речь Английский язык Customer Relationship Management Customer Service


The job responsibilities:

- Respond in English to our users via designated support interface;
- Search for incoming transactions
- Сarrying out stuck transactions;
- Communicate with users via social networks;
- Stay updated with our product, its features and functionality and how our users experience it.

Requirements:

- Fluency in written English is a must;
- Experience with manual transactions;
- Excellent customer service skills: ability to be empathetic, accurate, compassionate, responsive, resourceful, and conscientious;
- Strong communication skills and the talent to adapt and respond to the different types of personas and characters.
- 1-3 years experience in Technical Support, Customer Support, Customer service, or another similar role;
- Growth mindset — you welcome feedback and constantly want to improve;
- Experience in cryptocurrencies is desirable.
